We are always available to answer any of your questions, here are the most common ones we receive from our customers
  • Where should I pick up and drop off the car?
    We will deliver the car directly at your door at a time that is most convenient for you, and you will also be able to drop it off at your hotel/guesthouse in Milan at no additional cost. Simply contact us to arrange your pick up and drop off, allowing at least 1 hour of notice.
    Alternatively, you can come by our office in Viale Cassala 57.
  • Can I drop off the car at a different location or in another city from where I picked it up?
    You can drop off the car anywhere in Milan at no additional cost. You can also choose to continue your journey outside of Milan and drop off the car anywhere in Europe and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please give us at least a 12 hour notice if you decide to change your drop off location. Costs may vary.
  • What documents will I need in order to rent a car?
    For EU and US residents: Drivers license and Passport or National ID, Credit Card
    For Non-EU residents: Drivers license, International drivers license, Passport, Credit Card
  • What is included in the rental?
    All our quotes are ALL-INCLUSIVE and tailored to your specific needs so that you can be sure to not incur in any surprises or additional costs at the end of your rental. You just pay for gas and tolls.
  • Will I need to return the car with a full tank?
    Typically all our cars are delivered with a full tank, please return the car with the tank at the same level it had at delivery. Petrol (E5) has usually the green handle, while Diesel has the yellow handle.
  • How do tolls work in Italy?
    Highways in most of Italy require the payment of tolls, most of our Premium Cars come equipped with TELEPASS, the electronic payment method, simply drive through the yellow colored lane, no need to stop or queue. Payment will be automatically charged to your provided credit or debit card at the end of your rental. If your selected car does not come with Telepass, you will need to go through the BLUE or WHITE lanes, at the first toll station you will be given a ticket, save it and use it at the next toll station to pay.
  • I will be traveling with small children, do you have the necessary seating?
    Yes. We have all the equipment to seat your family comfortably and safely depending on your needs, including Cribs for infants, Baby Seats for children aged 3-7 and Booster Seats for children aged 8-12.
  • Can I travel with pets?
    Yes. Please let us know If you choose to bring your furry friends along for the ride so that we can provide the necessary equipment for your car.
